Tamika Farr is a strategically-focused Executive Director holding a Masters degree in Business Administration and over 10 years of nonprofit executive management experience. As Executive Director of El Centro de Amistad she provides the fiscal, staffing, compliance, resource generation and strategic leadership necessary to advance the agency’s mission. Tamika manages the Agency’s annual $5 million dollar budget. She directs the Agency by providing leadership, administering policies and procedures and setting methods and standards of operation, including compliance with all contracts. Tamika Farr’s pervious work experience includes Executive Director of YWCA Pasadena and Development Director of Rosemary’s Children’s Services.

Tania Fallert-Del Gatto holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master’s degree in Martial Family Therapy from College of Notre Dame. Tania has been working in community mental health since 1995 and became licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in April of 2003. She has extensive experience in providing therapeutic services for at-risk youth and adults, in clinical supervision and in management. She has been a loyal and dedicated employee at ECDA since October 2004 and is committed to serving the Latino community at large.
